- How we may connect: For any purchase information and notifications for new product launches, Wolfksull shall contact you via your email address or may send you a text notification, if permitted.
Order purchase
- Orders are placed solely on our website. www.wolfskull.ca. Adding a product in the cart will lead to the checkout procedures where you will need your contact details, delivery, and billing information. Please check twice the size, material, and all your requirements before completing your order.
- All the products listed are in Canadian Dollars. Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be added during the final purchase. There are exceptions to the charges if there is a promo code or free shipping applied. Please note that the actual sales tax is calculated on the items as they ship and therefore due to mathematical rounding, there might be a slight adjustment to actual sales taxes owned and included in the purchase price from those estimated in your order.
- The purchase of the products is dependent on their availability. Wolfskull is not obliged to succeed the order placed in the cart if they are no longer available. Wolfksull will notify you via your email address/ text- whichever is applicable, if the items are no longer available or have an update. After purchase, if you find your item not similar as described, Wolfskull will help you with your order in accordance with the Wolfskull Return and Exchange Policy.
- Once the order is placed, you shall be notified with your order details, order number, and shipment details. If you have any questions or queries about your order, you should quote this order number for further assistance.
- Wolfskull owns the right to cancel your order in case of canceled or unsuccessful payments, incorrect billing information, or any unavoidable errors or circumstances. We may cancel the order if we notice something unusual or suspect that our products are being exploited for any commercial business or for resale purposes. If you notice any suspicious activity, that is unauthorized, please let the team know via email at service@wolfskull.ca.
- Please look at the validity of the promo codes and discount codes before application. No discount will be provided upon the use of expired promo codes.
Returns
- All products purchased with Wolfskull shall be returned within 14 days from the day of the delivery to be eligible for a refund as per the policy. The cost of the return as set out might still be unavoidable under certain circumstances.
- The return would be unavoidable under the following conditions:
- The product is hindered after delivery.
- Hygiene purpose- the product is stained by makeup or is washed and then returned.
- The product tag is damaged or is not under the original packaging.

Passwords & Privacy
- Your personal information is not contagious to anyone using this website and is solely your responsibility. If you feel your password and account have been compromised under any circumstances, kindly notify Wolfskull at service@wolfskull.ca at your earliest convenience. Wolfskull is not responsible for any products sold unauthorized or on any other retail platform.
- The returns will be processed as soon as the product is received and evaluated. You will be notified and guided through the process.
Liability:
- We are responsible for any foreseeable damage caused by us or our products. We will be responsible if we fail to comply with the product quality or any acceptable expectations. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, or any damage caused after the delivery of the product.

- Wolfskull withholds its products after thorough inspection for cleanliness before packaging.
